This 1920 duplex was in need of a complete remodel. In collaboration with the architect and highly skilled contractors, we took both units down to the studs and restored them with custom kitchens made from naturally fallen trees, new bathrooms with restored (original) clawfoot tubs, a reading nook and refinished hardwood floors where possible. 

We chose finishes and details that spoke to the Arts & Crafts period the home was built in but brought modern day functionality for the ultimate downtown Bend Airbnb experience.
